~Tired~

All that staying up til crazy hours of the morning has finally caught up with me. Haven't done much all day except sit around looking all lost. Now I gotta go and type up this paper for my Psych class tomorrow morning. I procrastinate a lot! That's how I got through high school- but I need to break that habit though. One of these days, it's really gonna catch up with me real bad!
Man,where did this weekend go? I didn't do anything fun this weekend with my friends! I miss them since Spring Quarter has ended. A lot of us live all over the city of Cincy, so it's difficult to get together and just hang out. I got friends that live all over the place, from the central parts of the city all the way to the suburbs! For now, I'll just wait until September 20th gets here, that's when fall classes begin at UC.

~That Silvery Thing~

I got an email on Saturday from Kristy who happened to see my page and she asked me about the silvery object to your left. I guess she thought that I made it myself; i'm flattered, but it's just part of the template provided by Blogger. She said that it reminded her of a cover to an Ayn Rand book that she read a while back.

Thank goodness its Friday! If I had to even get up early this morning to go to Psych class, I wouldn't have made it! I was up 'til 5am messin around on this pc! Part of that time spent tyring to reboot the blasted thing, cuz it runs on Windows Me, which is highly unstable. It's that or either I can't work this pc like I thought that I could! Either way, I'm gonna have to break down and purchase Windows 98se before I start back at college full time, because that is when I will really need it: for all those reports and stuff! But I have to make some more money first. That's a broke college student for ya.

Once again, I spent this evening working with the html to give this page that "personal touch". Been surfing around to other blog sites and came across this one. I love this layout- mainly because its very, very, blue! Blue has gotta be my fav color- hands down! But like her disclaimer says, if you ain't 13 or older, then you shouldn't be looking at it!

Also, if it wasn't for this guy right here, I wouldn't know how to make the text glow on my daily headings! If you are stuck in html oblivion, be sure to check out his page cuz there's a lot of easy to understand info on there!

Last, but not least, I'm working on some links to this madness that I call a site.
I'm in the process of working on an About Me page, which will include some stats, pics, poetry and possibly a digital art gallery. Stay tuned to see what develops...

Also, there is going to be a page that I like to call The Usual Suspects, which will be dedicated to all of my buddies online, offline, on the college campus, and around the neighborhood. I had that nickname stuck in my head for a long time now; I'm suprised that I remembered it after all of this time! So I guess it was time to put it to some use.

By the way If you want your pic featured in The Usual Suspects be sure to drop me an email, and I will hook ya up. If you are one of my peoples, I will find some pics out of my collection to post on here, unless you have a particular one you would like for me to use.

Another Day...

Busy, busy, busy. That's how my life has been lately. Just plain busy. Busy with taking classes in the summer to catch up, busy with my work-study job to make some extra cash to buy books in the fall. Busy spending time trying to catch up with friends and family, and still being able to get some sleep through all of this rushing around. Ugh. Thank goodness tomorrow is Friday and that my Psych class is cancelled! More sleep...for once.

Arrrggghhh! I don't know how to delete the links posted before the Headlines blog! Guess they will just have to remain there then. *sighs* Oh well...
Anyways, might as well talk about how things were today...
Things were hot today!
It's been very very humid in Cincinnati for the past week or so, maybe longer. Maybe the humidity has fried my brain a little. Who knows!?
Went to Psychology class this morning, it was fine. We are on a topic that I should know plenty about: STRESS! Stressed my way through high school *with a touch of procrastination*, and now I'm kinda stressin my way through college. My first year was such a pain sometimes! I had a crazy class schedule the entire year, and some crazy professors to go along with some of those crazy course times! But I hear that the first year of college is the hardest and that all the stress should let up by Sophomore year. Thank goodness! I am looking forward to being stress-free when I begin full-time classes again this September. I just hope and pray that my schedule isn't screwed up, because that what began stressin me out last-year...attempting to requesting all of the classes that I wanted at what time that I wanted them.
After that I wandered around campus for a bit, cuz I didn't meet up with my friend June for lunch like we usually do during the week. I wonder if I was supposed to meet up with her today....I would feel so bad if I forgot! Hey June, if you are reading this, I wanna say sorry if I forgot today, and to say sorry for any days from now on! You know how absent-minded I can get sometimes! :P
Being out in that humidity felt good for the first 10 minutes, *cuz I was sitting in an air-conditioned room for almost 2 hours before that* but its just plain ol' hot here in Cincy. It's July, the hottest month of the year as well. What do you expect? I shouldn't be complaining about the heat as I do. Anywhere in Arizona is hotter than this city!!
Also, last but not least, I went to work today. Still got this part-time work-study job at the main library on the Univ. of Cincy campus. It's fine I guess, but there are soo many papers to file! The jobs get redundant after while, but that goes with any job. I'm glad that they let me work with the student budget reports though. It gives me some practice (I'm a Business Major, Marketing actually).

Well, that's pretty much it for now that's been goin on with me today. The same routine, nothin special. Gotta get home soon to do my Psych homework, and some other things that I don't remember right now. Still sittin in the library trying to kill time before I got to catch this bus. Missed two already sittin here typin this blog. Oh well, that's life for ya.

The Boredom Blog

Got home a couple of hours ago and I'm already bored. Watch a little of the Kings of Comedy- that has to be one of my favorites right now. There's no telling what it would be tomorrow. I watch a little of Entertainment Tonight too, trying to catch a report they had on *Nsync, 'cuz their cd is comming out tomorrow. Why was it only a minute long and at the butt end of the broadcast?? I hate it when tv shows make you wait forever for the one segment! But hey, that's old news now. I ain't got time to stress over the small stuff, when I got lightweight crazy people to be concerned about. Lightweight crazy, as in how my I guess used-to-be buddy is acting. Why this chick gonna come over my house the other day and get one of her friends to ring my doorbell, and then sit on the stairs- not the ones near my porch, but the ones all the way down by the sidewalk?? Then, she acts like she got "selective hearing" when I ask her why is she sitting all the way down there? Does that make any sense at all? It ain't like I cussed her butt out while she was sittin there but its just the whole fact that she made a point to come over to my house to half-way confront me! *sittin here with a confused look on my face* Like I need any other hostility in my life, its plenty of that with my relatives alone! But I'll save the relatives for another blog.....

~First Blog~

I'm about to get off of work in about 5 minutes, and I can't wait to get home and get some sleep. I hate Mondays. But I had a long weekend also. All of the pollen in the air is preventing me to breathe properly. For those who don't have sinus problems, be glad that you don't. It's not a fun thing to experience anyways.
